Higher Vocational Tourism Management is a practical subject, it mainly to train higher technical talents for tourism. Cultivation mode of talents combined with work and study is the necessary way on building and developing the subject. From studying the concept and character of cultivation mode of talents combined with work and study in Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College, the author put forward the countermeasures to perfect mode.
