地方性高职院校校园建设是育人的基本载体。既要创新理念规划好,更要群策群力筹措资金建设好,以营造良好的育人环境。当前,地方性高职院校校园建设存在着规划理念陈旧和建设资金不足的难题。要破解这些难题,一要创新理念,科学规划与建设职业氛围浓厚、职业元素丰富的开放式校园;二要优化政策,着力构建多主体多渠道项目资金筹措模式。

Campus building is the teaching carrier for local vocational colleges. At present, campus build- ing for local vocational colleges has the difficult in old planning idea and insufficient building funds. To solve these problems, we should renovate our concept and scientifically plan and build opening campus, perfect school policy and construct multi-channel financing mode.
