摘要
职业中专实验室师资队伍建设存在着队伍定位低、严重缺编、梯队建设效果不佳、培训力度不够、实验教学与理论教学脱节等问题,要通过确定合理的队伍编制、明确分工与职责、设立合理岗位,加大培训力度和制度建设等有力措施来改变这一现状。
Laboratory teachers in vocational and article put forward some countermeasures to change the technical secondary school exit many problems, the situation as setting up reasonable teacher troop, making clear teachers duty and working post, strengthen training work and system building.
