摘要
从某地某两宾馆空调系统分离出7株嗜肺军团杆菌(L pneumophila),其中5株为3型,两株为9型。这两型均为国内首次分离。经血清学、生化反应、DNA 杂交和电子显微镜观察鉴定了分离株的特性。
Seven strains of Legionella pneumophila were isolated from air-conditioning system at two hotels in Beijing.Five of them are serogroup Ⅲ and the other two strains—serogroup Ⅸ.These two serogroups were isolated for the first time in our country.They were identi- fied by serologic,biological,DNA hybridizing and electron microscopic studies.
