摘要
用两种在体实验法,即肠腔单向灌注法和十二指肠一次注入门静脉取血法研究全身一次^(60)Co γ线照射后,大鼠小肠酪氨酸吸收率的改变。结果表示,照后第3天,吸收率下降最明显,但从第5天开始即逐渐回升,直到30天时,吸收率已基本恢复到正常水平。这表明,低剂量全身γ线一次照射后,大鼠小肠对酪氨酸的吸收率仅有暂时性下降,第5天即开始恢复,这与小肠粘膜的迅速修复有关。随着照射剂量的加大,酪氨酸的吸收率下降更明显。大鼠小肠酪氨酸吸收的变化与照射剂量有关。
The absorption of L-tyrosine was studied with small intestines from normal and whole- body-irradiated rats by single perfusion technique and multiple sampling from the portal vein. A single dose of 6 Gy caused a singnificant depression of active absorption of L-tyrosine 3 days after exposure.From the fifth day on,the absorption tended to be normal till the thi- rtieth day after 6 Gy.The results indicated that the lower doses of irradiation caused only a short time decrease of L-tyrosine absorption in the rat small intestine,probably due to a rapid epithelial recovery of the intestinal mucosa.With increased doses,the absorption of L- tyrosine decreased significantly showing the relationship between the absorption of L-tyrosine in the rat small intestine and the dose of γ-irradiation.
