Twenty years have passed since the Spring Bud Project,a public welfare service,was initiated in 1989and implemented by China Children and Teenagers＇ Fund,under the leadership of ACWE OVer the years, with support from society and the leadership of women＇s federations, at all levels,the Spring Bud Project has raised more than 800 million yuan（US $118 million）,built more than 800primary schoolhouses,helped more than 1.8 million girls return to school,and launched classes,which have provided training of practical work skills,that have benefitede more than 400,000 grils.
“春蕾计划”沐浴阳光，收获成长，迎来绽放。在社会各界的大力支持和各级妇联组织精心培育下，“春蕾计划”累计筹集资金8亿多元，捐建800多所春蕾学院，资助180多万人次贫困女童重返校园，对40余万女童进行实用技术培训。值此“春蕾计划”20年之际，愿我们在分享爱与被爱的心路历程中，呼唤更多的人加入到这个爱心队伍中来，让我们继续与爱同行！
