摘要
改革开放前,随着"大而全"、"小而全"工业体系的建立,企业组织结构逐渐嵌入条块分割的计划经济体系内。在经济管理权限"收收放放"的过程中,企业数量呈现"减-增-减-增"的波浪式发展。1984年启动工业经济体制改革以后,企业组织结构调整开始显现市场的力量。此后,在政府和市场的双重作用下,企业经历了横向经济联合、改制重组、组建企业集团以及收购兼并。随着经济体制转轨的完成,以市场为导向的企业组织结构调整成为企业优胜劣汰的必然结果和资源优化配置的主要途径。
After the industrial economic system reform in 1984, market mechanism began playing it's role in enterprises' inter - organizational structure adjustment. Thereafter, under the dual role of government and market, Chinese enterprises went through horizontal economic union, reform and reorganization, comprising large groups and acquisition and mergers. At present, enterprises' inter- organizational structure adjustment oriented by market has been a natural outcome and a main way to optimize the resource allocation.
