摘要
文中对城市抗震防灾资源合理配置的决策分析方法进行了研究；对唐山市房屋建设的投入与５０年内各种不同强度地震作用下的损失进行了分析；探讨了唐山市房屋建设抗震设防的最佳投入；提出了唐山市房屋建设抗震防灾资源合理配置的建议。
