摘要 目的讨论上腔静脉显影效果对冠状动脉显影效果的影响。材料和方法选择手臂和肘正中静脉注入各50例患者的64排螺旋CT冠脉造影图像,并测量上腔静脉和主动脉根部的CT值,分析并评价对比剂的团注效果。结果上腔静脉显影较好89例,其中87例获得较好的主动脉团注效果,获得清晰的冠状动脉影像;11例上腔静脉显影不佳,有9例主动脉的团注效果受影响,导致冠状动脉显影不清晰。结论上腔静脉的显影效果影响主动脉的团注效果,并直接影响冠状动脉的显示效果。 Objective To explore the effects of contrast media bolus on the quality CT coronary angiography imaging. Materials and Methods 5O CT coronary angiography images with arm vein injected and 50 images with intermedia cubital vein injected were analyzed retrospectively. Measured and recorded the CT values of superior vena cava and aorta root, contrast media bolus effects were analyzed. Results There were 87 cases with good aorta displaying among 89 cases with good superior vena cava displaying, and good-quality CT coronary angiography images were achieved. While 9 of 11 cases with bad-quality images were infused by the bad superior vena cava displaying. Conclusion The displaying of superior vena cava can affect aorta and even CT coronary angiography images displaying.
