Study on the Open Educational Resources Movement in Colleges and Universities

以"开放教育资源"(OER)为主题,本文探讨了高等教育领域开放教育资源的产生、发展、建设模式及未来趋势。论文指出,OER的建设与发展模式主要有五个部分组成,分别是:"开放的标准与协议"、"开源的工具与软件"、"开放的课程管理平台"、"开放获取的内容"和"开放的共享联盟"。以此为基础,OER构建起一个基于互联网和数字技术的开放性和多元化的高校教学资源建设模式,展示了一种全球视角下的高校教学资源建设的宏大场景,国际化、开放、综合性是其基本特点。最后,论文对于OER的未来发展趋势进行了分析。

Focused on the Open Educational Resources(OER),this article discussed the emergence and development of OER in the field of higher education.The construction of OER consists of five parts,including open standards and protocols,open source tools and software,open source course management system,open content and open access,and open share community.Based on internet and digital technology,OER has developed a model of integrating teaching resource in open and multi-faceted approaches in colleges and universities.This article also discussed the future development trend of OER.
