摘要
目的:了解护士职业压力及工作倦怠状况,探讨职业压力与工作倦怠的相互关系。方法:在深圳市共对8家医院的护士进行问卷调查,回收护士工作压力源量表和工作倦怠量表有效问卷167份。结果:门诊护士压力高于内、外科护士的压力(P<0.05);门诊护士的工作倦怠感较高,并与内、外科的护士有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理工作压力源的5个方面及总分与工作倦怠水平有不同程度的相关(P<0.05)。结论:建议从管理角度采取措施减少或消除护士职业压力源,并对护士进行减压方面的训练。
Objective: To describe job stress, level of job burnout and the relationship between occupational stress and job burnout. Methods: 167 nurses from eight hospitals in Shenzhen were investigated about occupational stressors and job burnout. Results: Nurses in outpatient department had significantly higher occupational stress than nurses in medicine and surgery departments(P 〈 0.05). Job burnout of nurse in outpatient department was higher, which was different significantly with that of nurse in medicine and surgery departments(P 〈 0.05). Occupational stress of nurse was correlated significantly to job bumout(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Effective stress management strategies should be implemented to prevent burnout in order to keep nurses health and achieve better patient care.
