摘要 本文研究了单柱离子色谱法测定饮用水、井水和矿泉水中微量硫酸根的方法。样品经适当稀释,微孔滤膜过滤即可直接进样分析。淋洗液最佳浓度为2.6mmolL-1H2C8H4O4/2.5mmolL-1H2NC(CH2OH)3。电导检测器检测、检测灵敏度为1.6μs/cm。最低检出限为0.15μg/ml,线性范围1.0~2.5×103μg/ml,相对标准偏差1.5%,平均回收率97.66~98.77%。该法简便快速、灵敏、准确、选择性好。 A method for determinattion of trace sulfate in Drinking water, Well water and Mineral spring water is investigted by means of single—column ion—chromatography in this paper. Sample of water to pass through proper dilution. Millipore filter—film filtration. The sample solution was directly injected into chromatographye column for analysis. Optimum concentration of eluant was 2.6mmol·L-1H2C8H4O4/2.5mmol·L-1H2NC(CH2OH)3. Conductivity detecter detection. The detectiv sensitivity was 1.6μS/cmFS. The minimum detective limit was 0.15μg/ml. The linear range was 1.0~2.5×103μg/ml. The ralative standard deviation was 1.5%. average recovery ratio was 97.66~98.77%. The method have characteristics of simplicity. Rapidity. Sensitivty. accuracy and good selectivity.
