范可尼贫血基因与肿瘤易感性

摘要范可尼贫血（Fanconi anemia，FA）是一种少见的常染色体或X-连锁隐性遗传性疾病，临床上以进行性骨髓造血功能衰竭、多发性先天畸形及高风险进展为肿瘤，如急性髓系白血病（AML）和实体肿瘤等为特征。近年来医学界对FA肿瘤易感性愈加关注，我们就此方面的研究现状作一综述。
