糖足外洗方熏洗治疗早期糖尿病足疗效观察

Curative Effect Of Tangzuwaixifang Fumigation and Wash on Treating Diabetic Foot in Early Stage

[目的]观察糖足外洗方熏洗治疗早期糖尿病足的临床疗效。[方法]早期糖尿病足患者61例，随机分为治疗组（31例）和对照组（30例），在常规糖尿病治疗的基础上，治疗组给予糖足外洗方熏洗治疗，对照组给予普通温水熏洗治疗，每日1次，3周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察两组治疗前后TCSS评分、踝臂指数的变化。[结果]治疗组TCSS评分显著下降（P〈0．05）、踝臂指数显著升高（P〈0．05）。[结论]糖足外洗方熏洗治疗早期糖尿病足有较好的疗效。

[ Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tangzuwaixifang Fumigation and wash on Treating Diabetic Foot in early Stage. [Methods] 61 patients with early diabetic foot were randomly divided into the treatment group （31 cases） and the controlled group （30 cases）. Both groups were given the conventional diabetes treatment as the basis. The treatment group were Fumigated and washed by Tangzuwaixifang. The controlled group were Fumigated and washed by ordinary warm water. Treatments were made once a day,3 weeks for a course. During 2 courses of treatment ,the change of TCSS and ABI were observed before and after treatment. [ Results ] TCSS of the treatment group decreased significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, ABI increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）. [ Conclusion ]Tanzzuwaixifang Fumigation and wash has better effect on treating Diabetic Foot in early Stage.
