摘要
[目的]通过研究快速性心律失常大鼠心肌细胞中cAMP含量的变化,揭示快速性心律失常的发病机理,阐述针刺“内关”穴的调节作用机制。[方法]以舌下静脉注射0.002%的乌头碱(1mL/kg)复制快速性心律失常大鼠模型,用电针“内关”穴对实验大鼠治疗,以模型空白组和电针非经非穴为对照组,用放射免疫法测定cAMP含量。[结果]模型组与正常组相比cAMP含量明显升高,“内关”穴组与模型组相比cAMP含量明显降低。[结论]快速性心律失常与心肌细胞中cAMP含量有关;针刺“内关”穴通过调节大鼠心肌细胞中cAMP含量起到一定的治疗作用。
[ Objective] through research Tachyarrhythmia myocardial cAMP content of cells changes, revealing Tachyarrhythmia pathogenesis,the needle "Nei guan" point adjustment mechanism. [ Methods ] sublingual intravenous injection of 0.002% aconitine (1 mL/kg) copy of Tachyarrhythmia rat model, electric needle "Nei guan" point for the treatment of experimental rats in order to model electro -acupuncture group and the blank of non - by the non -points for the control group,measured by radioimmunoassay cAMP content. [ Results] model group compared with the normal group was significantly increased cAMP content," Nei guan" point group and model group were significantly lower compared to cAMP. [ Conclusion ] Tachyarrhythmias in myocardial cells and cAMP content; acupuncture "Nei guan" point in rats by regulating cAMP content in cardiac myeeytes play a role in the treatment.
