参麦宁心合剂治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Shenmai Ningxin Mistura the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure Clinical Observation

[目的]观察参麦宁心合剂配合西药治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将120例患者随机分为两组，对照组60例，治疗组60例，均予西医综合治疗，治疗组加参麦宁心合剂口服，观察两组治疗后临床疗效及各项心功能指标改善情况。[结果]治疗组临床疗效的显效率及总有效率均高于对照组，左心室射血分数、心搏血量、心输出量、心脏指数均明显改善。[结论]参麦宁心合剂治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效确切。

[ Objective] To observe the clinical theroputie effect of Shenmai ningxin Mistura combined with westem medicine on patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）. [Methods] 120 patients with CHF were randwmLy divided into the concrol group （60 cases） and the treatment group（60cases）. They were both treated with western medicine comprehensive therapy and to the treatment group Shenmai ningxin Mistura was given additionally. The clinical effect and indexes of heart function were evaluated after the treatment. [ Results ] The markedly effective rate and the total therapeutic effective rate of the clinical effect in the treat- ment group were better than that in the control group. The left ventricular ejection （LVEF）, stroke volume（ SV）, cardiac output （CO） and cardiac index（CI） ,were all significantly improved. [ Conclusion] Shenmai ningxin Mistura has a definite effection on the patients with CHF.
