[目的]观察愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组35例采用愈疡汤疗法，对照组15例采用西医疗法，治疗前后作胃镜检查，观察临床疗效。[结果]两组总有效率分别为87％、80％（P〉0．05）；治疗组症状的缓解优于对照组。[结论]采用愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡，其疗效及对症状的缓解优于西医疗法，值得推广。

[ Objective] Observe the clinical cure effect of the digestive ulcer of Yuyang soup＇s treatment. [Methods]35 people make use of the treatment of Yuyang soup, 15 personal exploitation western medicines cure and do a stomach mirror check before curing or after treatment. [ Results] Two sets of always efficient is 87% and 80% respectively（ P 〉 0.05 ）;making use of Yuyang soup＇s treatment can make the symptom of digestive ulcer ease. it is better than making use of a western medicine treatment. [ Conclusion]The cure effect that making use of the Chinese herbal medicine treatment digestive ulcer is better than the treatment of western medicine to easing of symptom,it is the method of worther usage.
