Planning and Design in Multi-perspective for the Bailianjing Riverfront of the Shanghai World Expo

摘要 以上海世博园区白莲泾河地区规划实施方案为例,探讨运用多视角的方法综合解决在城市重大事件下,具有后工业时代特征的城市工业遗迹滨水带功能更新中遇到的诸多问题,目的是建成与周边城市环境和谐共生的活力多样的综合型公共滨水空间,实现城市滨水带的复兴。 For rejuvenation of the urban waterfront and construction of a vital and diverse public waterfront complex harmonized with surrounding urban ambience, this paper, by study of the "implementation program for the Bailianjing river area planning", discusses the comprehensive measures to solve the problems in different perspectives, which are arisen from the functional renewal of urban industry relics with features of post-industry age and happened in the background of urban consequential events as follows: flood control and hydrophilous play and rest; continuation of historic context; heatstroke prevention in summer; gathering and dispersing of high density visitors flow; service during and after Expo; harmonization between surroundings and structures as pump, sluice gate and bridge, etc.
