摘要 通过调整多孔矿物质在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜中的含量来控制复合膜透氧率,研究了自动气调(MA)包装袋内油菜的氧含量变化及保鲜效果。结果表明,透氧率随着多孔矿物质含量的增加而逐渐上升,其中麦饭石质量分数为15%时薄膜的透氧率最大,可达8 245 cm^3/(m^2·d);用LDPE/多孔矿物质吹制的MA复合膜包装油菜有良好保鲜效果。 The oxygen content and preservative effect of rape in modified atmosphere packaging were studied by using different contents of porous mineral in low density polyethylene(LDPE) film to control oxygen transmission rate through the complex films. The results show that the oxygen transmission rate increases with the raising of porous mineral content. The oxygen transmission rate can reach 8 245 cm^3/(m^2-d) as its maximum when the mass fraction of maifanite is 15%. The blown complex film of LDPE/porous mineral has a good fresh-keeping performance tor rape preservation.
