甲状腺肿瘤bax和Ki-67的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨bax和Ki-67抗原在甲状腺肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法选择手术切除的甲状腺癌56例、甲状腺腺瘤13例、腺瘤旁正常甲状腺组织10例,采用免疫组织化学S-P法及原位细胞凋亡技术,观察bax、Ki-67的表达情况,结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果正常甲状腺、甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌组织中bax阳性表达率分别为90.0%、61.54%和28.57%,Ki-67阳性表达率分别为0、23.08%和69.64%,甲状腺癌bax表达降低、Ki-67表达增高(P<0.05)。甲状腺癌bax表达与病理类型、病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Ki-67的表达与病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论bax和Ki-67表达异常对预测甲状腺癌转移和评估预后具有重要参考价值。 Objective To investigate the expression of bax and Ki-67 protein in thyroid tumor and their relation with every index of clinical pathology. Method The expressions of bax and Ki-67 were analyzed by immunohistochemical and TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) in the tissues from 56 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 13 cases of thy roid benign tumour and 10 cases of normal thyroid gland. Result The positive expression rate of bax in normal thyroid, thyroid adenoma and thyroid carcinoma was 90.0%, 61.54%, 30.36% respectively. The positive expression rate of Ki-67 was 0, 23.08%, 69.64% respectively. The expression of bax in thyroid carcinoma was lower than that in normal thyroid and thyroid adenoma, while Ki-67 was higher(P 〈0.05). Bax was related with pathologic types, stages and lymphaden metestasis. Ki-67 was related with pathologic types and lymphaden metastasis. Conclusion Bax and Ki-67 maybe related with the oncogenesis and development of thyroid tumor. Bax and Ki-67 might be a possible prognostic factor for thyroid cancer.
