摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和瘦素(leptin)的变化及其意义。方法分为胃癌组(94例)?胃癌术后组(86例)及正常对照组(150例)三组,检测血清TC、TG及leptin含量。结果胃癌组及胃癌术后组血清TC及leptin含量高于正常对照组,胃癌术后组血清TC及leptin均较胃癌组降低(P均<0.05)。结论leptin可能参与胃癌的发生发展,其作用机制与促进胃癌组织中新生血管的形成有关。
Objective To study the change of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and leptin in gastric cancer patients. Methods There were 94 gastric cancer patients, 86 postoperative gastric cancer patients and 150 normal controls involved in this study. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and leptin were detected in each group. Results The total cholesterol and leptin level of gastric cancer patients and postoperative gastric cancer patients were both significantly higher than those of normal controls. The total cholesterol and leptin level of postoperative gastric cancer patients were statistically decreased than those of gastric cancer patients. Conclusion Leptin may take part in the formation of gastric cancer and may be related with the angiopoiesis of gastric cancer.
