自体表皮移植术配合长波紫外线照射治疗白癜风12例疗效观察

Clinical effect of autologous epidermal grafting and irradiating with UVA treating 12 cases of vitiligo

目的:探讨自体表皮移植术配合长波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的临床应用方法和效果。方法:采用自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风12例,共移植32处白斑区,术后0天开始照射长波紫外线。结果:12例患者共移植白斑区32处,均成活,移植3周后有不同程度色素生长,6周左右扩大,覆盖整个白斑区。结论:采用此方法安全有效,操作简单,恢复快,又无明显不良反应患者易于接受。

Objective To investigate the effect of autologous epidermal grafting and irradiating with UVA to treat the vitiligo. Method Twelve eases were treated with autologous epidermal grafting and irradiating with UVA on vitiligo. Irradiating with UVA was performed 10 days after operation. Results Twelve cases all survived and pigmentation after 3 weeks. All the white areas was covered with pigment after 6 weeks. Conclusion The operation is a safe and effective therapeutics for vitiligo. The suffer greadily to receive.
