摘要
以往关于组织间关系网络与企业技术创新的研究大多专注于组织所嵌入的社会网络之资本属性,而忽略了其制度属性的功效。本文从制度与演化的视角考察组织间关系网络对企业技术创新的影响与作用机制,将不同形态的社会网络对企业技术创新的影响统一到以制度转型为宏观背景的比较静态分析框架中,并进一步通过构建动态环境下的企业创新选择模型来揭示制度、社会文化与企业技术创新的演化关联机制。分析结论认为,正式制度与社会文化的差异是制度转型各阶段中企业技术创新差异的根源,而二者的协同演化机制则是制度转型不同阶段间顺利过渡的关键。
The researches about inter-organizational networks and enterprise's technological innovation (ETI) are mostly concentrating on the capital attributes of social networks, and the impacts of institution attributes have been neglected. This paper investigates the effect mechanism of inter-organizational networks of socially embedded ties on ETI from an institutional and evolutionary view, so that the effects of different types of social networks on ETI can be integrated into a comparative static analysis framework which is being set in the background of Chinese institutional transitions. Further, an enterprise's innovation choice model is constructed in dynamic environment to reveal the co-evolutionary mechanism of institution and social culture. The conclusion is that the co-evolutionary mechanism explains the divergence of ETI in different transition phase and determines the transition from one phase to the next.
