摘要
高校教师的工作弹性大,有无组织公民行为对高校和大学生都影响重大。高校教师的情感承诺对组织公民行为有着正向的作用,而组织支持感是情感承诺和组织公民行为的源泉与基础。激发高校教师组织公民行为的现实途径在于提高高校教师的情感承诺与组织支持感。
Organizational citizenship behavior about college teachers is an active, positive,positive pull one's weight and altruism acts beyond formal regulations and was showed spontaneously. Affective commitment of colleges teachers affect organizational citizenship behavior actively, perceived organizational support is a source and foundation of emotional commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The realistic way to stimulate organizational citizenship behaviors is to raise the emotional commitment and perceived organizational support of college teachers.
