收入不均等对健康的影响研究述评 被引量:5

摘要 本文回顾了近年来关于收入不均等与健康关系的研究文献并作了简评。早期经济学家运用总体数据研究了收入及收入不均等与健康之间的关系,重点关注的是绝对收入与健康之间的关系,即增加收入可使个人购买数量更多、质量更好的有利于健康的产品和服务,这些研究强调了物质因素对健康状况的影响。近几年来,随着数据可得性的提高和计量方法的改进,越来越多的学者运用个体数据估计了收入不均等和健康之间的关系,认为个人健康不仅与绝对收入而且更与相对收入密切相关,强调了与收入相关的心理、社会因素对健康的影响。
