摘要 目的:研制糖尿病神经病理性痛大鼠模型。方法:50只成年雄性SD大鼠用链脲菌素(STZ)制备糖尿病模型,于STZ注射前、注射后第21、35、49d分别测定大鼠血糖、体重以及机械性痛阈和热痛阈变化。另取10只作为正常对照。结果:模型组大鼠机械痛阈和热痛阈低于基础值和对照组(P<0.05),随着时间延长,机械痛阈和热痛阈下降愈明显(P<0.05).结论:该方法制备的糖尿病神经病理性痛大鼠模型造模时间短,成模率高,痛阈测定方法简便客观,模型稳定。 Objective To establish rat model of diabetic neuropathic pain. MethOdS Fifty adult male SD rats were induced into diabetic models by injection of streptozotecin( STZ), the changes of blood sugar, weight, mechanical pain threshold and heat pain threshold were determined before injection and 21 d ,35 d,49 d after injection,respectively. Another 10 rats were selected as control group. FiesultsThe threshold value of mechanical pain and heat pain in model group was significant lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the threshold values declined significantly with the prolongation of time ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion STZ peritoneal injection could effectively simulate the clinical diabeitie neuropathic pain and has the advantages of shorter induced duration, higher successful rate, better stablity and conveience to measure the pain threshold.
