摘要
共混聚合物在挤出过程中需要对其在螺杆挤出机机筒内的混合状态实时监测,针对这一情况,设计了由超声探头、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)缓冲杆和冷却装置组成的超声传感器,并将其应用于螺杆挤出机中聚合物的混合状态监测。文章分析了钢杆和PEEK杆超声波信噪比情况,PEEK缓冲杆具有较高的信噪比。本文的研究说明设计的传感器结构适合于较低温度的聚合物混合状态的在线监测。
It is essential for on-line monitoring for the blending state of polymer in the screw extrusion during the two polymer blending. As a response to this need, the ultrasonic transducer composed of probe, polyetheretherketone(PEEK)buffer rod and the cooling set was designed, and it is applied for the on-line ultrasonic monitoring polymer blending state during the extrusion process. This paper analyzes ultrasonic performance of the steel rod and PEEK rod, the result shows that the PEEK buffer rod has higher SNR, and analyzes the ultrasonic signal in water to noise ratio(SNR)through the rods. The results indicates that the ultrasonic transducer composed of probe and PEEK buffer rod is fit for the on-line monitoring the poly- mer blending state and other performance.
