Study on Near Infrared Sepectroscopy Technique for Composition Detection of Dairy Production

阐述了近红外光谱技术的基本原理及特点、主要光谱预处理方法、定量定性分析方法及国内近红外光谱技术在牛奶及乳制品中的最新研究进展,对目前研究中存在的问题进行了分析,对以后的发展进行了展望,并提出了一些建议。

This research illustrated the basic principle, the main pretreatment methods of spectrum, quantitative and qualitative analytical method, and summarized the latest research progress of the application of domestic NIRS in composition analysis of milk and dairy products. The problems in current research were analyzed, the further research was forecasted and some suggestions were put forward.
