摘要
利用集成锁相环芯片Si4133设计了434MHz的超外差发射/接收机本振。介绍芯片外围调整振荡回路总电感来设置中心频率和输出匹配的方法;利用芯片的I2C总线接口对N、R两个分频寄存器进行编程,讨论影响锁相环输出相位噪声的三个主要因素及控制方法。利用DLPortIO软件对电路进行了调试,给出了实际电路的输出信号频谱测试结果。
This paper presents the implementation of a 434MHz local oscillator for a superheterodyne transceiver by using an integrated phase locked loop chip-Si4133. The methods of the center frequency adjustment and the impedance matching for output are introduced. In addition, the programming method to N and R fractional frequency registers using I^2C bus interface of chip, three key factors and control methods for affecting phase locked loop output phase noise, and debugging circuit using DLPortIO software are also discussed. The debugging results show that performance of the output.
