喷涂式线路板图直接制板仪的字车运动控制实现

摘要 文章介绍了喷涂式线路板直接制板仪的字车运动控制单元,字车的无刷直流电机采用闭环控制和PID算法实现,由DSP主控制器负责信号的控制和检测,分为速度环、电流环及转子位置检测与换相控制三部分。系统测试结果表明,字车运行时喷涂的图像墨点均匀,线条清晰可见,覆铜最小宽度可达到0.18mm,分辨率达到400 DPI。 The paper introduces the word vehicle part of the flush spray circuit board apparatus, the main control of DS.P could dominate and check the signal, which separate into three parts, they ase speed ring, current ring, position check and posture exchange. The no-brush direct current electrical used closed loop and PID arithmetic. The result tells that the ink marks of the image look uniformity and syllabify, the least width could reach 0. 18 mm, the differentiate could reach 400 DPI.
