小型化十二倍频器研究

摘要 研制360MHz12倍频器。采用3、4次倍频级联方法,使倍频器在3~5dBm信号输入情况下,输出功率大于6dBm,功率波动小于2dB,谐波抑制度大于50dB。介绍了倍频器的设计思路、调试方法和测试结果等。 A 360 MHz 12-fold multiplier has been designed and manufactured. When the threefold multiplier is combined with the four-fold multiplier, the output power of greater than 6 dB, the power flatness of better than 2 dB and the harmonic suppression of greater than 50 dB have been achieved with the input power of 3~5 dBm. The design ideas, tuning methods and measured results of this multiplier are presented in this paper.
