摘要 为了提高数字式倾斜仪在全温度范围内的测量精度,根据倾斜仪中倾角敏感器件输出的温度特性提出了有效的零位温度曲线补偿算法和标度因数温度系数曲线补偿算法。试验结果表明,该算法能有效地改善零位和标度因数的温度特性,倾斜仪在全温度范围内测量精度可达到0.03°,并对数字式倾斜仪的检测原理和硬件实现作了详细阐述。 To improve the measurement accuracy of the digital inclinometer over the whole operating temperature, an effective zero compensation algorithm and the scale factor compensation algorithm based on the temperature characteristic of the tilt sensor in the inclinometer are proposed. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the temperature characteristic of zero and scale factor, the measurement accuracy over the whole operating temperature can reach 0.03°. The operation principle and hardware implementation of the digital inclinometer are also explained in this paper.
