Analysis of 12 Lead Dynamic Electrocardiograms

目的探讨12导联同步动态心电图对有胸闷症状者心脏疾病的诊断价值。方法采用数字化12导联同步心电图记录系统监测24h后分析心电情况。结果980例中,共发现ST-T改变及心律失常694例,检出率为71%。结论心悸、胸闷为临床上的常见症状,DCG检查分析有助于病因的诊治。

Objective To approach the diagnostic value of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiograms （DCG） on cardiac disease who have chest distress symptom. Methods We used 12 lead dynamic electrocardiograms to make 24h monitoring and analyzed the results. Results 694 cases of ST - T changes and arrhythmia were detected from 980 cases. The detection rate is 71%. Conclusion Palpitation and chest distress are the common symptom in clinic. DCG detection and analysis are helpful for the diagnose and treatment in etiology.
