摘要
文中介绍了采用TOP247Y芯片为主控芯片,输出为220V/0.5A的高压输出稳压电源的设计,给出了电路原理图、各电路设计和器件参数的设计方法,并通过实验得到了实际工作状态下的主要波形图。试制结果表明该电源各项技术参数均达到了设计要求。
Voltage regulator switching mode power supply with high-voltage output is designed, whose control chip is TOP247Y and the output is 220 V/0. 5 A. The circuit schematic diagram and design methods of the main parameters are given. The main waveform of pratical work is obtained through experiment. The experiment results show that all technical parameters of the power supply meet the design requirements.
