Periodical check-up of the radar test equipment is one of the important tasks of the radar equipment measurement support. Aimed at bounding the check-up cycle of radar test equipment, the main factors that affect the check-up cycle of radar test equipment were analyzed, by using the principles of statistics and reliability. The applications of the weighted scoring and reliability calculating methods to bounding the check-up cycle of radar test equipment were expounded. By analyzing some examples, it shows the methods are of feasibility.
