摘要
针对军校学员成长在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的时代,处在社会转型的重要时期,分析了军校学员的思想行为出现的新情况和军校学员思想政治素质的新挑战.结合军校学员政治工作实际,从思想观念转变、政治干部队伍建设、工作方法创新等方面,提出了提高军校学员思想政治素质的几点对策.
In view of cadets growing up in the period of the reforming and opening and developing the socialism market economy, and in the important phase of the society transformation as well, the new situation of the cadets＇ ideological behavior and the new challenges to cadets＇ political ideology work were studied. Meanwhile, combined with the actual cases of cadets＇ political work, a few countermeasures on strengthening the cadets＇ political ideology work were proposed in terms of the change of ideology, construction of political personnel, creation of methods, and SO on.
