摘要
依据军事职业特征和军人角色要求,阐明了军人人格特质的内涵和要求,并在对新学员相关人格特质进行实证调查分析的基础上,提出了培育当代革命军人人格特质的对策.
According to the characteristics of military profession and the requirements for soldiers, the connotation and requirements for soldiers＇ personality characteristics were clarified, and some countermeasures of cultivating the contemporary revolutionary soldiers＇ personality characteristics were put forward on the basis of surveying and analyzing the new cadets＇ related personality characteristics.
