陶行知"教学做合一"理论以"做"为核心,具有主体性、创新性和实践性三大特征,给当今的教师教育以启示和指导,推动当今的教师教育进行以实践为取向的教育改革。运用"教学做合一"理论,发展实践为取向的教师教育,要突出师范性,创立理论和实践相结合的课程体系,深化与实习基地联合办学,重视运用在实践中研究和反思的教学方法。

Practice is the core of Tao Xingzhi＇ s theory of ＂combining teaching, learning and practicing＂, which has the feature of subjectivity, innovative and practice. ＂Combining teaching,learning and practicing＂ gives today＇s teacher education inspiration and guidance, promotes the teaching reform based on practice. We shoud take practicing as orientation for teacher education, lay stress on normality, establish a course system that combines theory and practicing, increase the use of joint ventures with the practice base and values the teaching meathods of application in the study and reflection.
