摘要 助力特性是研发电动助力转向系统的关键技术之一。通过分析了EPS系统的理想助力特性的特点,以及助力特性曲线的类型,在ADAMS/Car模块下建立装备EPS系统的虚拟样机,在获取助力特性曲线的特征参数的基础上拟合车速感应型助力特性曲线。经过台架试验,结果表明所提出的车速感应型助力特性曲线的合理性和正确性,为EPS系统性能的提高及后续研究提供了理论依据和参考。 The assist characteristic is the key technique to study and develop the electric power steering system. The virtual prototype equipped with the electric power steering system is built by analyzing the traits and different types of ideal EPS assist characteristic using MATLAB/Simulink software. The speed-responding assist characteristic curve is drawn up based on the characteristic parameters of the assist characteristic curve. The bench test results show that the speed-responding assist characteristic curve is reasonable and correct, aims to provide theoretical references for improving the performance of the electric power steering system.
