摘要
以二溴甲烷和咪唑为原料合成了二(1-咪唑基)甲烷。确定适宜的合成条件为:在乙腈溶液中,咪唑、二溴甲烷、氢氧化钾投料摩尔比为1∶0.45∶1.20,60℃反应3.5 h后再回流反应1.5 h,经重结晶提纯,产率可达83.2%。通过熔点测试和1HNMR谱图分析对产物结构进行了确证。本法具有耗时短、副反应少、产率高等特点。
Bis(1-imidazolyl) methane was prepared using imidazole and dibromomethane as raw materials. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:n(imidazole) : n(dibromomethane) : n(potassium hydroxide) =1 : 0.45 : 1.20,the mixture was reacted for 3.5 h at 60℃ and then refluxed for 1.5 h in the solution of CH3 CN. The product was obtained by recrystallization from acetone. Yield was up to 83.2%. The target molecule was characterized by the melting point and 1HNMR. The method adopted in this paper is time-shortened with less side reaction and high yield.
