Production process of SBR modified asphalt

介绍并分析了目前我国多家生产厂采用的四种SBR改性沥青生产工艺:胶块粉碎单釜循环工艺、胶粉双釜循环工艺、胶块溶剂工艺、胶乳工艺;以及这些生产工艺的产品质量和使用的SBR改性剂的性质。阐述了SBR改性沥青的生产技术关键以及提高产品质量的途径,认为:使用块状改性剂时要解决好胶块的粉碎问题,使用粉状改性剂时要解决好胶粉再次结块的问题,使用粉状改性剂是今后的发展方向;应采用适宜的反应温度等工艺条件,并添加适宜的助剂来提高SBR与沥青的相容性。

Here studied are the four processes for the production of SBR-modified asphalt applied by many Chinese companies i. e. block glue comminution-single batch cycle process, crumb rubber double kettles cycle process, block glue solvent process and SBR emulsion process as well as product quality and properties of SBR modifier. The critical technology for SBR-modified asphalt production and effective measures to improve product quality are described. Comminution ：should be properly dealt with when block modifier is used. The caking problem should be solved when powder modifier is utilized. The application of powder modifier is the future development trend. The appropriate reaction temperature shall be applied and proper additive shall be added to improve the compatibility of SBR and asphalt.
