催化重整装置扩能改造技术总结

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司催化重整装置由0.32 Mt/a扩能至0.50 Mt/a,改造内容主要包括:预处理单元采用高空速催化剂,提高预处理单元处理量;采用重整产氢部分氢量一次通过流程,降低临氢系统压力降。重整单元采用四炉四反二段混氢工艺技术,提高装置处理量和反应的选择性,降低重整临氢系统压力降;增加重整产氢再接触流程和液化石油气吸收措施,回收重整产氢中的部分轻烃和燃料气中的C_3,C_4组分,提高装置经济效益。 In the expansion revamping of a 6 000 B/d CCR unit into a 9 400 B/d catalytic reformer for PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, the high space velocity catalysts were used in the pre-treatment unit to increase the processing capacity. The once-through process was applied for reformer hydrogen to reduce the pressure drop of hydrogen system. The 4-furnace 4-reactor process with two-stage hydrogen mixing was adopted to increase unit capacity and reaction selectivity and reduce the pressure drop of hydrogen system. Recontacting process of reformer hydrogen and LPG absorption measures are added to recover light hydrocarbons from reformer hydrogen and C3s and C4s from fuel gas to improve economic benefits.
