热裂解气相色谱法测定水体中残留敌百虫 被引量:4

Determination of Trichlorfon Residues in Water by Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography

摘要 实验通过对熟裂解气相色谱及气-质联用技术测定水体中敌百虫的探讨,研究了气相色谱进样口裂解产物的检测方法,并确定了气相色谱的主要分析条件(进样口280℃,DB-225毛细管色谱柱及FPD检测器)。水样前处理结合环境检测的要求和特点,采用正己烷净化,三氯化碳提取的方式,建立了一套简单、有效及节省成本的前处理方法。检测方法的回收率在85.5%~104.5%之间,精密度小于5.89%,线性相关系数为0.99877,检出限为0.002μg/mL,说明该方法准确可靠,符合测定要求。该方法是按照中国关于水环境检测分析方法要求建立的,适合自然水体及养殖用水环境中敌百虫残留量的检测。 A method for the determination of trichlorfon in water was established by Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography and GC - MS, and confirmed Gas Chromatographic primary Analysis conditions about inlet temperature, DB -225 capillary column and detector of FPD. According to requirement and characteristics of inspective entiromnent, the fatiness was removed by n - hexane in water, and the trichlorfon extracted by Chloroform. The extraction was concentrated for determination of GC. A sample preparation method was set up that was simple, available and saving. Linearity of the method was fine which the recovery was 85.5% - 104. 5%, correlation coefficient reached 0. 998 77, precision was less than 5. 89% and detection limit was 0. 002 μg/mL. There-fore the method could meet the detection demand of trace trichlorfon in water that had the characteristics of low disturbance, precision, conveniency and high sensitivity. The method established in the study conformed to detection of entironment and it could be used to determine Trichlorfon residues in water.
