床旁即时N-末端脑钠肽检测在急性呼吸困难鉴别诊断中的应用价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨N-末端脑钠肽(Nt-proBNP)在急性呼吸困难鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取78例急性呼吸困难患者,包括心源性呼吸困难和非心源性呼吸困难,应用罗氏心脏生物标志仪,检测两种呼吸困难患者血Nt-proBNP的浓度。结果心源性呼吸困难组患者Nt-proBNP浓度明显高于非心源性呼吸困难组患者(P<0.01);心源性呼吸困难组Nt-proBNP浓度在心功能不同级别间有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关。结论床旁检测Nt-proBNP简便快捷、敏感性高、特异性高,可作为鉴别急性呼吸困难患者的一个观察指标。
