摘要
研究了在聚乙烯醇一阿拉伯胶共存下,铅(Ⅱ)与碘化钾形成铅碘络阳离子,再与罗丹明B形成多元离子缔合物。在595 nm处有最大吸收,表现摩尔吸光系数4.6×105L.mol-1.cm-1。本方法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,方法简便,快速等优点,可直接在水相中测定微量铅。
The chemical reaction that the lead-iodide complex compound ,which formed from lead (Ⅱ) and iodization potassium, reacted with Rhodamine B to form multi-ion-association complex was studied when Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and gum arabic existed simultaneously. The maximum absorption on the ion-association complex was at 595nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient was 4. 6 × 10^5 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. This method has high sensitivity and selectivity,and the method is very simple and rapid when trace lead is determined directly at the water phase.
