Evaluation on the Performance of Environmental Protection Assessing Performance of the Party's and Government's Chief Leaders in Chongqing

重庆市党政一把手环保实绩考核已走过9个年头,本文对党政一把手环保实绩考核进行了绩效评估,结果表明,2000～2007年重庆市党政一把手环保实绩考核整体走势良好。在实绩考核的推动下,党政一把手亲自督促、落实下,重庆市人居环境质量得到较大的提升,但在以后的考核中,在考核指标选择、设定等方面还有待于加强。

Environmental protection assessing performance of the party＇s and government＇s chief leaders has passed through 8 years in Chongqing. This article makes a performance evaluation on it. The results showed that the overall trend of environmental protection assessing performance of good from 2000 to 2007, and there is a great extent at the environmental protection, but it still needs to improve the performance of index choice, set and so on.
