用RSR综合评价临床科室出院病历完成时效初探

Comprehensive Evaluation of Completion Efficiency of Discharging Medical Records in Clinical Departments by RSR

目的探讨对医院临床科室出院病历完成时效进行科学的评价。方法采用秩和比法(Rank sum-ratio,RSR)对某院18个临床科室2008年出院病历三日回收率以及平均完成日数进行加权综合评价。结果用RSR对医院临床科室出院病历完成时效进行综合评价,可做到全面评估各科室医疗核心制度的执行情况以及科室管理水平,优于单独采用出院病历三日回收率或平均完成日数的评价方法。结论用RSR综合评价医院临床科室出院病历完成时效,在病案管理中有实用价值。

Objective To develop the useful evaluation method of the completion efficiency of discharging medical records in clinical departments. Method Used Rank sum-ratio statistical method （RSR） to evaluate the recovery rate of medical records in 3 days and the average number of days to complete the discharging medical records of 18 clinical departments in a hospital in 2008 comprehensively. Results the evaluation of the completion efficiency of discharging medical records in a hospital using RSR statistical methed can comprehensively evaluate the performing of the medical core system and management level in some clinical departments, it is better than only to evaluate the recovery rate of discharging medical records in 3 days and the average number of days to complete the discharging medical records. Conclusion it is very useful for medical records administration to use RSR statistical method to evaluate the completion efficiency of discharging medical records in clinical departments.
