It is inevitable to bring about ＂Digital Divide＂ in the information time, it is a product of the unbalanced world economic development. This paper introduce the concept of ＂Digital Divide＂, and Its impact at home and abroad, and it also elaborates the key way of the library reduce the ＂Digital Divide＂, and discuss three aspects that how to solute the information resources sharing.
