摘要 针对图像存储、处理和传输过程的巨大数据量和复杂度,在研究嵌入式零树小波编码算法及原理的基础上,通过对图像感兴趣区域采用无损编码,对算法进行了一些有效改进,从而改进研究出了一种基于嵌入式零树小波变换算法的不同区域编解码压缩算法,可以实现改变压缩比以及可手动选择任意形状的感兴趣区域的功能。改进的算法保证了压缩重构图像感兴趣区域质量清晰,最后对标准测试图像进行实验,具有较高的压缩比和图像恢复质量,得出较好的效果。 Aiming at the tremendous data and complexity of the images storing, processing and transmission, the principle and application process of EZW (embedded zerotree wavelet) algorithm are described, and the lossless coding algorithm is used for the interested region of an image, and some improvement are presented. A method of image compression with the lossless coding algorithm based on EZW transform was used to ensure the changed compression ratio and interested region of an image. Finally an experiment of a test image shows the high compression ratio of background and the image quality of interested region, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
