摘要
随着高速公路路网建设的不断加快,车辆的逐年迅猛增长,原有零散的信息化技术辅助支持已远远满足不了对应急事件处置的需求,建设全方位及时有效的应急联动系统成为高速公路信息化建设重点。文中根据对高速公路基础业务数据和GIS数据的整合与共享进行分析研究,充分运用WebGIS技术、手机定位技术、无线视频监控技术等各种先进信息技术,在J2EE平台上利用MVC开发模式,采用B/S结构,并结合ArcGIS地理信息系统平台,探讨高速公路应急联动系统的设计及其具体实现。
With the highway road network eonstruction to speed up and year - on - year growth of vehicles, the original fragmented information technology- assisted support has been unable to meet the emergency needs of the disposal of the incident, and the building of a full range of timely and effective emergency response system has become the focus of highway construction information. Based on the analysis of integration and sharing of highway basic business data and GIS data, maked full use of WebGIS technology, mobile positioning technology, wireless video surveillance technology and other advanced information technology, on the J2EE platform, the using of MVC pattern of development, the using of B/S structure, combined with ArcGIS geographic information system platform, discuss the design and its eonerete realization of highway emergency response system.
